We provide free advice and consultation so you can contact support as often as you want regardless of terms of your subscription

We will not close your ticket until you are completely satisfied or you sign off your job

No, we do not offer training at this moment
What happens after I pay for credits or subscriptions?
I am not entirely familiar with websites and digital works. How does the whole process work?
Who will I work with during my projects?
You will have a direct Account Manager or Support Engineer assigned to your project who will be your first point of contact. They will usually act as a link between you and our Droids, however you may also speak directly to our Droids if you have any specific technical concerns or requirements.
Can you help me source photos for my designs or website?
Yes. Most of our web and design packages include stock photos while we charge optional costs for packages that do not include use of stock photo
Can you help me write content for my website?
Yes. This will be outlined as an optional costs
Please note that the deadline for the completion of your project will be extended if you want us to create your web content for you. This, of course, will be specified before accepting an offer and signing a contract.
Will I own my website?
YES! Everything we build will be owned by you for private or commercial use depending on your selected package or agreed contracts.
What happens after my web/app project is completely signed off?
Most of our clients stay with us through various support packages, our Droids are just irresistible that way. But if for any reason you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible.
Why did my customer’s zip/postal code fail validation?
The post code you provided on your account does not match the post code registered with your credit card
Is my hosting fee refundable?
Yes, we will refund your hosting fee if you wish to terminate your hosting agreements with us but we will charge you up until the termination date
What happens after I purchase a service (web or design)?
Your job will be automatically logged on our support system, which means, your job starts immediately
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
We will cancel your subscription and stop charging your account immediately
